When you submit a quote request through this website, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, property address, project type, and any project details you choose to share. We don't collect this information any other way — there's no tracking of you across other sites, and we don't buy or sell contact data.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit to respond to your quote request, schedule an on-site consultation, and follow up about your project. We don't use it for anything beyond that — no newsletters you didn't sign up for, no sharing with unrelated third parties, no resale.
Third-Party Form Processing
Our contact form is processed by a third-party email delivery service (FormSubmit) that forwards your submission directly to our inbox. That service handles the technical delivery only — it does not use your information for its own marketing or sell it onward. If you'd rather not use the web form, you're welcome to email or call us directly using the contact information on our Contact page.
Data Retention
We keep quote request information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period for warranty and record-keeping purposes. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll remove it.
